ACCEPTANCE AND VARIATION OF TERMS
Your access to and/or use of The Performer’s Voice Online website (“Website”) is subject to these terms of use (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue access to and/or use of this Website immediately.
The Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music (“YSTCM”) may modify these Terms at any time and such modification shall be effective upon posting on this Website. You should check these Terms on the Website from time to time for any modifications.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Save as otherwise stated herein, all intellectual property and other rights in the design, organization, layout and contents of this Website belongs to the National University of Singapore (“NUS”).
All intellectual property and other rights in any text, images, graphics, photographs, sounds, music, videos, audio-visual combinations, files and other content submitted to YSTCM and posted on the Website by YSTCM (“Submitted Content”) shall be retained by the contributors of the Submitted Content.
The contributors of the Submitted Content are responsible for ensuring that their Submitted Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another party. NUS does not permit activities that infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a party and reserves the right to remove Submitted Content without prior notice if notified in writing that such Submitted Content infringes the rights of the notifying party (such notification to sufficiently identify the infringing part of the Submitted Content and set out the basis of the objection). This shall be NUS’ only responsibility in respect of any infringement of the intellectual property or other rights of a party.

You are permitted to access and view the Submitted Content solely for your personal or academic use. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and any legal action or proceeding brought against NUS in respect of these Terms or the use of the Website shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
